Description Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. (KEC) has partnered with an established specialty chemical manufacturer producing sanitation products that are sold into the Agricultural and Veterinary point-of-care industry. This successful business has retained KEC to lead their search for an accomplished Plant Supervisor to support the strategic growth of the organization. As the Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for Production and Maintenance activities, along with dotted line oversight of Inventory control. While reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be working alongside the Quality and Regulatory groups on New Product Development projects. You will continue to drive the exceptional Health & Safety awareness forward while advancing internal policies, procedures, and SOP's, particularly as new products for new applications are identified.

As a successful candidate, you will display prior experiences leading Operations within Chemical, Food, or Pharmaceutical processing environments where your superb track record of progressive leadership in a "hands-on" capacity and "how can I help" approach has led team growth and development. You will have led Production in accordance to the GMP guidelines and various other regulatory bodies, such as Health Canada, and have experience sourcing and managing a supplier base of chemical raw materials, including regulated ingredients.
