Description Our client, a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the worlds energy sector, has experienced significant growth and has partnered with KEC to add the talents of a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to their 24/7 Mill operation.

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading teams of Millwrights and Electricians in optimizing the reliability and maintainability of equipment by defining the maintenance strategy for each system and developing and supervising the execution of the Preventive Maintenance plan. In addition, the Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be completing problem and performance analysis on equipment, defining corrective actions and generating improvement opportunities, as well as providing technical support to emergency crews and staff areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical or Mechatronics background and 4+ years of experience leading trades in a 24/7 Unionized, heavy industrial environment. Experience with capital projects and the ability to pivot on the fly to resolve urgent issues will be essential. We are looking for strong technical and leadership experiences and someone who is enthusiastic about coaching and developing their team with a focus on supporting production.
