Description This privately-owned Designer and Manufacturer of custom, engineered-to-order Automation solutions is seeking a Sales leader to build on their impressive customer base in Automotive and Consumer Electronics, driving Business Development initiatives in new and existing markets. The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a key role in this business' growth agenda, leveraging a reputation built on decades of supplying OEM and Tiered manufacturers with high-quality systems. This role will be responsible for the complete Sales process from initial outreach to internal project hand-off. The ideal candidate will be able to replicate their success creating a pipeline, delivering new clients, and being awarded projects for long-cycle capital equipment in one or more of Automation, Machine Building, Tooling, or Fixturing operations.
