Description Our client, a leading Multi-Trade Contractor with over 40 years of servicing the Ontario market, is looking to add a Dispatch/Service Coordinator to its growing team. Candidates must have previous dispatching experience within a Multi-Trade or Construction company as this position will be dispatching and coordinating professional trades services (such as HVAC, gas fitting, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication) in addition to providing support to an experienced Service Manager. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and a methodical, well-organized approach to their work. We are searching for someone who works well with others, builds strong relationships, and enjoys the dynamics of a small office environment. Applicants should have prior experience coordinating service calls, communicating by phone, and dispatching technicians and any additional administration duties related to work orders, health and safety, equipment documentation will highlight candidacy. Previous experience with centralized computer programs, such as Jonas System, will be an asset.
