Description Our client, a Canadian owned, profitable, and growing industry leader, is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to help manage the quality systems and lead the small team for multiple sites. This manufacturer of market leading consumer building products is looking for candidates who can bring an openly communicative and motivating managerial style to the organization in addition to a dedicated "get it done" attitude and a strong emphasis on union-free Employee Relations and Health and Safety. Along with the direct Management of the small team of experienced Quality technicians, the QA Manager is responsible for the continual development of the Quality Management System, maintaining the necessary registrations, as well as managing the migration towards new standards. Our ideal candidate brings a strong track record of hands-on Quality Management experience within a manufacturer of concrete products. Candidates must display admirable leadership qualities and the ability to straddle both the tactical and strategic elements of Quality Management. Candidates with a Post-Secondary education will be given priority.
