Description Our client, a designer and manufacturer of alternative fuel systems, is adding the talents of a strong Manufacturing Engineer to their growing business. This decades old organization is currently in the early stages of implementing more robust and strategic LEAN/CI tools and initiatives. The Manufacturing Engineer will support the Operations directives and goals to further improve Production throughput by the elimination of bottlenecks, improving productivity, all while maintaining the highest level of Quality for which the company has been known for.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Manufacturing Engineer who has grown their career driving process improvements through the implementation of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, techniques, and initiatives. You will posses experience within deep Bill of Material and Engineered Product manufacturing environments where the deployment of cost reduction strategies are more complex than increasing machine speeds and feeds. You'll display a collegial and outgoing communication style that quickly establishes meaningful relationships throughout all levels of the organization.
