Description Our client, a young company that is globally respected, is a capital and equipment manufacturer and has an immediate opening for an Operations Manager who can be the consistent point of contact for projects from design to installation. The person must be able lead Safety, Production Processes, Quality, Maintenance, and Project Managers within a team atmosphere focusing on KPI driven objectives. Our ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in a technical related discipline and a minimum of ten years of similar experience in a design/build establishment. Essential to this role will be excellent written and oral communication, people management expertise, and decision-making skills to support the EPC teams in an employee involved environment providing transparent metrics to all employees and inspiring change for improved productivity and engagement. If you like to be project focused, develop a rapport with all stakeholder employees, and pivoting to the boardroom for leadership presentations, customer touches, and analysis, this position is for you!!
