Description Firmly established in its community and industry sector for 100 years, this designer & manufacturer of safety-critical auto parts is adding to its Process Engineering teams in support of retirements and new program launches. The Process Engineers support Program Managers with coordination of all Engineering activities for launches, covering process definition, design development, capital equipment & tooling vendor contact throughout the PPAP and APQP processes to ensure right-first-time launches.

Our ideal candidates bring solid metal forming and assembly experiences, ideally with metallurgical processes and CNC machining. Current knowledge of automotive industry standards is an essential hiring criteria. You will be shop focused, constantly out on the shop floor liaising across departments to stabilize and improve processes.
