Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this manufacturer of complex and engineered components in their search for a Maintenance Supervisor. As a hands on Maintenance Professional, you'll be well versed at leading the direction and execution of both Preventative Maintenance along with Equipment breakdowns and failures. The Maintenance Supervisor, reporting to the Plant Manager, will play a key role in supporting Operations while directing the small team of Skilled Trades within the facility.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Maintenance Supervisor who has honed their Technical skills in the Service and Support of complex Metal Processing Equipment. You'll have built a Supervisory career upon a Millwright or Electrician foundation with expertise within discreet manufacturing environments such as Injection Moulding, Stamping, and CNC Machining.
