Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this designer and manufacturer of factory automation systems, specializing in the automotive industry, that requires the talents of a Administration / Accounting Manager for its plant in the Kitchener / Waterloo area.

This role supports the Senior Management team to help it understand business needs, targets, objectives, processes, and requirements. As a lean company, this role wears multiple hats and is responsible for Accounting and Human Resources and Administrative duties including, but not limit to, general office administration, travel arrangements, fixed assets management, company events, office renovations/maintenance, and service contract renewals.

To satisfy the Accounting function, we are looking for experience in a project-driven environment using a job order costing system, budget planning & cost control, financial statements and reports, forecasts, management reports, business correspondences, and presentation materials. Human Resources responsibilities include oversight regarding Policy, Benefits, and Compensation.

As part of the Sr. Management Team, the ideal candidate will have experience developing, reviewing, and implementing administration policies, procedures, and guidelines with a focus on Continuous Improvement. Any experiences working in a Japanese corporation will highlight candidacy.
