Description Our client, a Canadian-owned, profitable and growing industry leader, is seeking a Plant Supervisor to join their team on straight weekend day shift. This highly specialized and fully automated production process requires a technically sound and savvy Leader whose leadership and communication skills allows them to connect with all levels of the organization and the skilled trades that enable the functionality of the production system. We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and leadership abilities as well as strong experience within a process-driven manufacturing environment who are comfortable on weekends and training staff on proper technical procedures.
