Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this incredibly long standing, local organization as they add the talents of deeply experienced Maintenance Manager to the team. As a designer, manufacturer, and Global distributor of industry leading products that are sold into the Automotive, Consumer, Construction, and Medical Industries, this organization is looking at continued growth driven by their ability to produce superior products.

The Maintenance Manager will lead the strategic execution of the large Maintenance group within the capital intensive factory. As a strong Leader, you will focus on driving productivity within the Department through the reduction of required overtime, improving Preventative Maintenance scheduling, and driving best practices while NEVER wavering when regarding the Safety and Quality of the Department's output.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Maintenance Manager who brings a deep understanding of Process Driven manufacturing, superb leadership and organizational skills, and who has led large teams in their career. You will possess a Technical Post Secondary education, with a preference towards an Engineering Degree. Any working experience within the Automotive Manufacturing sector will be viewed as a benefit.
