Description A dynamic leader in the custom construction of home building requires the addition of a Service and Warranty Coordinator to join its fast-paced world of satisfying the homeowner by resolving warranty claims that follow the building and sale of the home. This position will be primarily responsible for examining the warranty claim and seeing it through to completion with the intent of finishing with a satisfied customer. While arranging and coordinating efforts within the company structure, fulfilling the required elements of the warranty will be essential. The ideal candidate will possess some construction experience and will be an expert at relationship building for the purpose of customer satisfaction.
