It will add a Maintenance Supervisor to its team to lead a small group of fully experienced Millwrights through Lead Hands covering two production shifts. The Maintenance Supervisor will inherit responsibilities for Work Order and Manpower scheduling and MRO Purchasing ensuring that Maintenance Inventory is well-stocked with critical motors, gear boxes, bearings, etc. A prime focus will be to further develop and energize the Preventative Maintenance programme through collaboration with Production and Sales to free up equipment downtime.
