Description We're searching for a seasoned Human Resources professional who brings the knowledge, experience, and attitude to support the President and the Executive Team with sound strategic advice. This mid-sized manufacturer has developed organically over the decades leading to dominant Corporate Knowledge and paradigms that, frankly, need a fresh set of eyes. The President will welcome an HR professional who can anticipate and contribute solutions to HR challenges, develop & deploy innovation policies, and Employee Relations programs that celebrate long-term employees and attract new ones. At the same time, this role must also be involved "in the weeds" dealing with attendance, benefits, legislative compliance, and recruiting.
