Description Our client, a well established union-free manufacturer of small electrical components is searching for an energetic Manufacturing Engineer, who can use engineering methods to improve and evolve manufacturing processes. By utilizing and optimizing process controls, continuous improvement, and collaboration with plant teams, this person will implement, guide, and assist in advancing a variety of progressive manufacturing systems. This role interfaces with all other business areas and leads the standardization of work for repeatability. The Manufacturing Engineer executes tasks with minimal input from management in the creation and implementation of lean systems and supports the continuous improvement of all areas.
