Over the years, we’ve developed a comprehensive recruitment methodology, “The KEC Process”, which has proven to improve the search process for both the employer and job seeker. Ultimately, our goal is to facilitate a better fit for new hires to enhance their job satisfaction.
- Initially, an experienced Search Consultant will review your resume to measure your fit against the hiring criteria for all of our current assignments.
- We conduct face-to-face interviews in our office with all candidates prior to making any recommendations to the client. This affords you an opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and accomplishments in-person. While allowing us to develop an in-depth profile measuring your qualifications and personality against the hiring criteria established by the client.
- KEC takes the time to share our insights with you, providing in-depth knowledge of the position. While helping you to understand the corporate culture and the responsibilities and requirements of the position. Ultimately, giving you the opportunity to fully prepare for the job interview.
- We will provide prompt feedback after you’ve completed the interviews. Also following up with you at all stages of the process to be sure any concerns or issues you might have are addressed.
- Our team will support you throughout this process, helping to ease what can be a very stressful time. We will then help negotiate a fair and reasonable offer of employment that befits the value you will bring to your new employer. Finally, we will also guide you through the resignation process with your current employer.

With your resume on file, we will be able to measure your background and accomplishments against the hiring criteria to each of the current opportunities we are actively recruiting for as well as against future opportunities as they become available. I’ve submitted my resume, what can I expect to happen next?
Every resume that is sent to us is reviewed by a person on our team to measure your fit against the hiring criteria for all of our current assignments. Although the interview process for each of our client’s is slightly different, we promise to keep you informed on what to expect and up to date on the progress along the way.
I’ve submitted my resume, but no one has called me. Why?
After a resume is submitted, it generally takes a few days for resumes to be processed, but every resume that is sent to us is reviewed by a person on our team! Depending on the total volume of resume submissions for any particular job posting, only those who meet the key hiring criteria required for a particular role will be contacted promptly. After a few days, we welcome those who have submitted a resume to call our office to follow up and confirm their application has been accepted and inquire if there is any feedback.
I’ve already submitted my resume with KEC in the past, but now I see another job posting that I am interested in. What should I do?
If you see another job posting that is of interest to you or if there are any career movements or achievements since your last submission that you would like to share with our firm, we welcome you to submit another resume. The new resume will be added to your file in our system, updating our team on your career progression or level of interest in other roles we are recruiting for.
I don’t want my current employer to know I am looking at other job opportunities. How can I conduct a confidential job search?
Every Job Seeker deserves the right to a confidential job search. You can submit a copy of your resume knowing we will not share your background or contact information to any Client until we have received your expressed permission and approval to do so.
