Description We're searching for a broadly experienced Supply Chain Manager with strengths in high mix, low volume manufacturing. Leading a small team you will assume responsibility for the full range of Order Entry, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving and add the value of external experiences to employees whose knowledge has been gained mostly internally. The company is dealing with exciting growth opportunities and recognizes it needs a fresh approach to Supply Chain Management. First-year challenges include analysis of the Scheduling dynamics to identify more effective sequencing of production batches, analyzing historical vendors and their abilities to support current & future needs and partnering with Sales, Engineering and Production leadership to most effectively apply capability and capacity resources. Our ideal candidate brings similar experiences and accomplishments in high mix. low volume manufacturing industries, exceptional knowledge of applying ERP software for maximum values and a passion for mentoring and nurturing staff to higher levels of performance.
