Description This busy designer/manufacturer of factory automation will add the talents of an accomplished shop floor leader to manage the accurate and timely build and test of automated assembly machinery. We're searching for a hands-on leader willing to pick up tools and support the team during peak periods even while concentrating on developing build schedules to satisfy Customer trials and delivery/installation targets. The Toolroom Supervisor will liaise with Engineering, Purchasing and Project Managers to ensure that Toolmakers and Fitters on the floor have the resources they need. Our ideal candidate brings technical credentials in Tooling or Machine Design/Build, working his/her way up from the floor or bench into leadership roles.
