Description We're searching for an experienced Plant Manager (P&L Site Leader) who brings a history of accomplishments highlighted by successes: 1) championing and leading Lean Manufacturing initiatives, 2) applying exceptional team leadership & employee development talents, and 3) developing and deploying systematic, structured, data-driven problem solving tools. Our mid-sized client is a well-respected Tier One & Two auto parts and assemblies manufacturer in a small town in SW Ontario that proudly employs a high-seniority, loyal workforce that will benefit from Plant Manager leadership that blends new ideas with traditional paradigms. Our ideal candidate is an active leader, engaging and motivating his/her team daily in the pursuit of excellence, to not settle for status quo or "the way we've always done it" paradigms. Deep and current knowledge of challenges facing auto parts manufacturing is an essential selection criteria.
