Description Our client is a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world's energy sector who has experienced significant growth and has partnered with KEC to add the talents of a motivated Project Manager for a Commercial Office project.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects, including contractor management, defining the schedule, budget control, change orders analysis/management, coordinating construction planning activities, and working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained. Experience developing successful relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders is necessary. Leadership and accountability are the key to success and effectively managing the project processes and procedures ensuring the project is delivered with quality and consistency.
