Description We have partnered with this 24 x 7, continuous process manufacturer of food packaging products who enjoys a dominant market share in North America as a result of its unfailing commitment to Quality and timely Customer Service. Due to growth, our client is adding a Customer Service Representative to its team supporting Canadian and US operations.

The Customer Service Representative will develop and maintain strong and effective relationships with customers and act as a liaison between Sales and Production. We are searching for a candidate who is accustomed to multi-plant intake activity, is organized and can prioritize orders from the Sales Team, and can effectively communicate with Purchasing, Production Planning, and Logistics to support customer accounts.

Our ideal candidate will bring a business administration background and 2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. Naturally, it is critical that candidates display a genuine Customer service attitude, exceptional verbal communications skills, and the ability to pivot as priorities change. The right personality is someone that is able to remain calm in an environment that is demanding, has a high sense of urgency, and has a desire to collaborate with internal and external customers.
