Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this privately and family held designer, manufacturer, and service provider of products servicing the commercial baking Industry across North America, in their search to add the talents of a Human Resource Manager within the Canadian division. Reporting to the Canadian President, the Human Resources Manager will hold sole responsibility to develop and facilitate all things Human Resources and Health & Safety. You'll focus on the continued development of the HR/HS programs while leading/managing all payroll, recruitment, WSIB, and employee relations activities.

Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Human Resources Generalist or Manager who is experienced within all facets of HR. You'll be competent at leading Payroll, Health & Safety, and HR policy development. You'll display an engaging approach to driving Human Resources programs. You'll lead with an unpretentious style and an open door approach. You'll have supported leadership with the required guidance and counsel to best direct the business from a Human Capital stand point. Candidates with relevant post secondary education are preferred.
