Description This Automotive Parts Manufacturer with multiple locations in Southern Ontario as well as the US is seeking to add the expertise of a Maintenance Supervisor to their Cambridge facility. The organization has undergone significant transformation and growth expansion, giving new life to their trajectory of success. This opportunity is responsible to supervise the installation, repairs, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, physical structures, and electrical systems as well as maintaining IATF Procedures and Instructions within the department.

Our ideal candidate will have solid Leadership abilities cultivated through strong experiences within Automotive Manufacturing environments, demonstrating the effective creation and execution of an annual maintenance plan while connecting with cross-departmental teams to coordinate and support Production. The incumbent will have a proven record of success in implementation and support of Preventative Maintenance Systems and be comfortable assigning tasks in house or selecting outside contractors. If you have an industrial trade certification, experience in e-coat processes, and enjoy leading professional personnel in a union atmosphere, then this opportunity is for you!!
