Description Kitchener Executive Consultants has partnered with this Tier II Automotive parts supplier in their efforts to add the talents of a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to the organization. Known as a leader within their niche, this manufacturer of complex and safety critical metal components and assemblies, is a multi-facility, union free organization that has long been an employer of choice.

The Manufacturing Engineering Manager will directly lead the small team of 4 Manufacturing Engineers focusing on Continuous Improvement initiatives and debottlenecking projects along with the leadership of the Toolroom.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Manufacturing or Process Engineering Manager who has grown their career within the Automotive industry through Tooling and Engineering. An Engineering Degree is a mandatory requirement for hire.
