Description We have partnered with an Industry Leading Construction Contractor that is working on diverse projects and has a key position within the organization, available for an experienced Project Manager. We are looking for candidates with exposure to Heavy Industrial projects of moderate scope. The Project Manager is responsible for conducting weekly coordination with subcontractors and owners, attending meetings, and generating meeting minutes, action items, and completion dates. You will be responsible for updating and managing the project schedule and coordinating project activities, including self performing work, subcontractor, and suppliers activities. The Project Manager will also be responsible for reviewing project costs including tools, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers as well as manage cash position and adjust execution plans when required to meet targets. The right candidate ensures site supervision and works with subcontractors to plan the next 1-5 days ahead. This position also deals directly with clients and consultants.
