Description For over forty years, this auto-parts manufacturer has provided a wide range of customers with critical safety components of its design. With new major program launches on the horizon, it requires the talents of additional Production Supervisors to provide guidance and leadership to its mid-high seniority unionized workforce. We're searching for candidates with solid shop floor leadership skills highlighted by decisiveness, calm under pressure and outstanding communications skills. Any experiences in JIT auto parts manufacturing will be considered an asset BUT IS NOT a prerequisite hiring qualifier. Employment will require rotating shift work.
