Description This well-established auto parts manufacturer will add the talents of an experienced and talented Lean, Continuous Improvement Champion to its plant leadership team. As a single but important practitioner, you will initiate and facilitate applications of techniques from the Toyota Production System adopted to suit. Our ideal candidate brings a history of success evaluating suggestions leading to Kaizens, teaching & guiding Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Factory, TOC and the like to a highly skilled and deeply experienced production workforce. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will report directly to the Plant Manager, liaising constantly with all Department Managers and supporting cross-functional teams. You will bring the excellent communications skills along with infectious energy and enthusiasm required to motivate and coordinate employee involvement.
