Description This Automotive Parts Manufacturer with multiple locations in Southern Ontario as well as the US is seeking to add the expertise of a Maintenance Superintendent to their KW facility. The organization has undergone significant transformation and growth expansion, giving new life to their trajectory of success. This opportunity is responsible to manage the day to day operations of the Maintenance Department.

Our ideal candidate will have a Journeyman status in Electrical or Mechanical along with solid management skills to direct activities of Supervisors, ensuring departmental actions adhere to procedural requirements. The incumbent will have a proven record of success in maintaining an accurate critical parts list, enhancing the operational efficiency of the Tool Crib, employing 5S strategies to organize completely. An individual who utilizes KPI's to help manage performance of the department
