Description This auto parts manufacturer has proudly provided employment to generations in its Niagara Peninsula factories for almost 100 years. It will add the talents of a Production / Operations Manager who brings solid shop floor leadership qualities and a career straddling both Production and Maintenance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Operations Manager will effectively manage 24x7 operations through Production & Maintenance Supervisors ensuring schedule attainment and OTD to customers. We're searching for candidates who manage from the shop floor, actively participating with their teams to meet KPI's and developing systematic approaches and tools. The ability to identify priorities and assign assets, an organized, structured approach that develops consistency and superior communications skills are essential selection criteria.
