Description We've partnered with a privately owned manufacturing leader of elevators & lifts for residential, commercial and light industrial applications. The company seeks to hire an innovative Manufacturing Leader to expand and advance their capabilities to further position the company on the leading edge of Canadian manufacturing. This 100% Canadian-owned company with more than 30 successful years in business is poised for growth across North America through an established network of authorized dealers. With a variety of products, from standardized offerings to highly customized solutions, the company requires a progressive Manufacturing Leader who can navigate these variations to optimize its capacity and maximize its outputs. Our ideal candidate is experienced in light/medium metal fabrication & welding, painting, component sub-assembly and integration with purchased mechanical & electrical systems for final assembly and kitting for field installation. Demonstrated expertise in developing internal processes, policies and systems tools to drive and support Lean Production, Purchasing, Scheduling and Inventory Control is a requisite selection criterion.
