The local production facility will add the talents of an accomplished Plant Manager who brings balanced experiences and skills in Materials/Inventory Control and shop floor Production leadership. This Engineered product is Designed & Manufactured to Order from inventoried and custom-ordered components requiring execution of astute Production Planning and Purchasing strategies to meet delivery commitments. Our ideal candidate brings technical strengths and is fully experienced managing a small fabrication, machining & assembly operation and developing effective Inventory Management strategies that strike a balance between not starving production and not overstocking. As a true collaborative Team Player, the Plant Manager will demonstrate excellent communications skills, superb coaching/mentoring talents and a commitment to Health & Safety. The loyal, high seniority team is deeply experienced displaying strong technical knowledge that provides a solid base to manage.
