Description This global Automotive Parts manufacturer in Ontario seeks to add the talents of a strong Plant Controller to oversee the Financial operations of a long-standing, continually successful facility that is undergoing significant transformation and growth expansion. The organization is experiencing such continued growth and expansion that they are operating at 6 days per week, and on some Production lines, at 7 days per week. This opportunity presents exciting challenges in the scope of new paradigms, implementation of new automation and machine technologies, and an evolving culture.

Our ideal candidate will have strong Finance & Accounting skills cultivated through strong experience within large Automotive Manufacturing environments. The incumbent will have a proven record of success in Financial Management, Reporting, Internal Controls, Business Planning, Accounting & Costing processes, Cash Management, Budgeting, and Leadership. Our candidate possesses exceptional detail & Business acumen and is well-versed in overall strategic Financial Management of the facility, from Budgets to Purchasing.
