Description This long-standing, privately-owned Canadian manufacturer is looking for a Business Manager to partner with the Plant Manager in this single-facility operation. Candidates will be able to offer strategic insights and support business growth, while managing day-to-day activities. We are seeking an unpretentious, hands-on leader to fit into a small, established team of role players. An aptitude for Finance and a penchant for Customer Service or Business Development will enable this well-rounded individual to take on a variety of projects or initiatives. Prior experience with high-volume manufacturing will provide valuable insights and help the ideal candidate to make an impact right away. Any design/drafting abilities would be an asset.
