Description Firmly established over 45 years in its small town in SW Ontario, this auto parts designer/manufacturer will hire a Human Resources Manager to ably support the Plant Manager to be the "eyes & ears" on the people side of the business. The job scope ranges from recruitment to labour relations to all manner of Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, and legislative compliance.

The plant employs an even mix of long-term and short-term employees totalling approximately 200 and faces forthcoming annual retirements. It is in the midst of an expansion with new programs, so this year is even more dominated by recruitment challenges.
