Description Our client on the shores of Georgian Bay has been designing and manufacturing sophisticated technologies for over 50 years. In support of succession planning, it will add the talents of a fully qualified Quality Assurance Manager. You will bring knowledge and experiences in sophisticated automotive, military, aerospace or other industries driven by the pursuit of excellence. Using statistical & analytical tools & processes to anticipate and prevent Quality issues, you will blend new techniques with the solid base of historical methods. Our ideal candidate will bring strengths in Quality Management Systems development and deployment, in evolving superb customer relationships, in outstanding team leadership & staff development talents and the ability to proactively influence Product Development with regard to manufacturability and specifications control. The QA Manager will lead a number of teams covering the scope of Quality Engineering, Quality Control, QMS development and Vendor Quality. Candidates must have or be able to obtain Level II Security Clearance as a condition of hire.
