Description We have partnered with a highly successful and stable designer and manufacturer of Engineered Industrial Products. Due to the continued growth of this centre of excellence, they are adding the talents of an experienced Shop Supervisor to their deeply tenured and union free organization. The Supervisor will have entire shop floor responsibility for a small team of highly-skilled, technically strong employees on Day Shift augmented by a partial Afternoon Shift. Solid experiences with implementing lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S standards will highlight candidacy. Our ideal candidate has knowledge in reading blueprints/drawings, ensures Health & Safety compliance, and is a strong coach & mentor in leading paradigm shifts and culture change.
