Description This union-free, Canadian division of a privately-owned American Corporation celebrating 125 years in business will add the talents of technically oriented Manufacturing Supervisors to their machine shop in SOUTH MISSISSAUGA. We're searching for candidates with proven Supervisory experiences in metal-working industries who are committed to Lean Manufacturing initiatives, utilize data for decision-making, and display great leadership talents. Our client is extremely stable and profitable and, so, can offer long-term employment as it has to its high seniority workforce. We have one vacancy on Day Shift and one on Afternoon Shift, both Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts. The company is so busy that a Day Shift does run every Saturday - with the Supervisors rotating turns covering Saturday Shifts.
