Description Our successful and growing Canadian client has proudly developed diverse products for diverse markets and supports itself with internal production versatility. Their integrated manufacturing capabilities range from metal fabrication, welding, conventional & CNC machining, and painting along with mechanical, electrical, & electronic assembly. It will add an Engineering Manager to lead a small team of Designers and Manufacturing Engineering Technicians and to continually develop new product enhancements and manufacturing processes. This role has high visibility with Customers in support of Sales & Business Development, adding technical credibility to products and processes. Our ideal candidate brings us equally balanced skill sets in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering. Qualified candidates will also display the hands-on leadership style required to lead a small team, SolidWorks and ERP software expertise, and thrives being a key player on the senior management team. Knowledge of basic metal fabrication and assembly processes will highlight candidacy.
