Description This globally recognized designer/manufacturer of sophisticated mechanical, electronic and instrumentation technologies for defense, aerospace, medical and commercial applications will add the talents of a skilled Supply Chain professional to support specific Programs. Reviewing the full scope of Programs, you will define Supply Chain strategies, identify and qualify vendors early in the estimating/bidding process and then negotiate Long Term Supply Agreements when a bid is won. At a high level, this role will forecast Purchasing cash flow, identify & measure risks and opportunities. At a micro level, this role presents Supply Chain metrics and status at Program Review meetings. Our ideal candidate brings broad scope Supply Chain, MRP, MPS knowledge and particular skills in Vendor Sourcing & Management and Terms & Conditions Negotiating. This role carries significant weight and is empowered to function in a matrix structure. Candidates must already have, or be able to obtain and retain, LEVEL II Security Clearance through CSIS as a condition of hire.
