Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Human Resources in fast-paced Manufacturing environments, particularly Automotive. This position will be the key liaison with employees and supporting the AGM Administration on various policy/procedure development, implementing HR initiatives, and special projects. As such, our candidate will have a strong Generalist background, preferably with a CHRP designation, including employee relations, training, staffing, compensation & benefits.

The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating with Management Supervisors on employee issues, training, staffing, and engagement, and providing counsel on Legislative conditions. Our candidate will manage all investigations into employee matters including performance and discipline, as well as track & monitor all appropriate documentation.
