Description Firmly established as a technology and product leader in its global markets, this division of an international corporation will add a PROGRAM MANAGER to its PMO Team. Working closely with the Business Development Team, the Program Manager will steer a program through risk assessment, cost estimation for bid packages then interface directly with Customers, Vendors and all internal departments to manage deliverables, any Engineering Changes with upcharges and lead a cross-functional Program Team through successful execution to delivery. The Program Manager is responsible for assessment & negotiation of technical requirements, ensuring they are within the company's capabilities and is held accountable for cost control and profit margins. Our ideal candidate brings some ten years of Program/Project Management experiences, delivering complex products seamlessly to Customers. Candidates can come from the defense, aerospace or auto part industries. Engineering and PMI credentials will highlight candidacy. Candidates for hire must be able to obtain and maintain NATO security clearance and fit ITAR/CGP requirements. North American and European travel will amount to 10-20% annually.
